Description

Solosole Pagus Camilla is a single-varietal Vermentino from Poggio al Tesoro, produced in the Bolgheri area of Tuscany. The fruit is sourced from the Le Sondraie vineyard near the Fossa Camilla and comes from selected Corsican Vermentino clones. Winemaking includes an initial skin contact, fermentation in stainless steel and terracotta amphorae, and ageing on the fine lees with regular bâtonnage until the following June. The result is a structured white with clear varietal character, well suited to fish and seafood dishes.
