Sondraia Bianco is Poggio al Tesoro's pure Viognier from the Tuscan coast at Bolgheri. Its cellar approach combines different vessels: stainless steel preserves freshness, amphora contributes depth to the fruit, and French oak supports breadth and structure. Following initial skin contact, the wine continues its development on fine lees before blending and bottle ageing. The estate describes a broad, enveloping style that balances varietal intensity with freshness. This combination of grape variety and complementary maturation vessels gives Sondraia Bianco its own identity within the producer's coastal Tuscan wine collection.
