Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill honours the connection between the British statesman and Pol Roger, interpreting his preference for structured, mature champagnes. Pinot Noir leads the blend, while Chardonnay contributes finesse; the exact proportions remain a family secret. The grapes come exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards already planted during Churchill’s lifetime. Produced in selected harvests, the cuvée is released after a longer wait than the house’s other vintage champagnes. Stainless-steel vinification, malolactic fermentation and hand riddling accompany a process built around depth, texture and patience, preserving the distinctive intention behind the tribute.
