Description

Poliziano’s "Pieve Caggiole" Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2021 is a DOCG red from the Montepulciano area of Tuscany, made from 100% Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile). It is aged for 16–18 months in 500/600 L tonneaux, with a limited production of about 6,500 bottles. On the palate it shows an elegant structure with gentle tannins, ripe fruit character and savory, tertiary notes from barrel aging.
