Description

Produced by Possa from terraced vineyards in Riomaggiore, this Cinque Terre DOC white is made predominantly from Bosco (about 80%) with other local grapes. Winemaking typically includes spontaneous fermentation and a few days of skin contact, followed by mainly steel ageing. It shows an intense, saline character with fresh acidity and a finish that leans toward herbaceous and balsamic notes.
