Prà’s Amarone della Valpolicella “Morandina” 2018 is a DOCG red wine made from partially dried grapes sourced from the Morandina cru (Mezzane and Tregnago). The blend is primarily Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta, with roughly two months of appassimento in boxes and traditional vinification. The wine is aged in oak (Allier tonneaux and a subsequent period in 20‑hl oak casks) and finished with bottle ageing prior to release. On the palate it shows concentrated texture with black cherry and plum notes, alongside cocoa and licorice accents and firm, balanced tannins.
