Description

The Prà Soave Classico Colle Sant'Antonio 2020 is a Soave Classico DOC white made exclusively from Garganega grown in Monteforte d’Alpone on volcanic soils. Fermentation takes place at around 13 °C, followed by ageing for 18 months in large French oak casks (Allier, 30 hl). It shows an intense yellow colour with aromas of ripe yellow fruit, toasted almond and honeyed notes, combined with balanced structure and lasting finish.
