Description

The Collio Riserva “Klin” is a full-bodied white from the DOC Collio, produced as a blend of Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Ribolla Gialla and Tocai Friulano. Grapes are hand-harvested, fermented in 500 L Slavonian oak barrels with indigenous yeasts and undergo malolactic fermentation; the wine then receives extended oak and bottle ageing and is bottled without sterile filtration. Golden-yellow in color, it shows complex aromas of white flowers, exotic fruit, spice and toasted tones; the palate is broad, balanced and persistent.
