Description

The Prophet’s Rock Cuvée Aux Antipodes 2018 is a single-parcel Pinot Noir from the Home Vineyard in Bendigo, Central Otago. A collaboration with French winemaker François Millet, the wine is made from Pinot Noir, fermented with indigenous yeasts and vinified with low extraction to highlight the site’s clay and pedogenic lime soils. It delivers an elegant, structured profile with bright acidity and noteworthy ageing potential.
