Description
The 2016 Retrospect Pinot Noir from Prophet's Rock is a reserve cuvée sourced from a small parcel of the Home Vineyard in the Bendigo sub-region of Central Otago. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir and matured in oak, the wine is traditionally cellared and released only after extended ageing (a minimum of five years). On the palate it delivers red and dark fruit with floral and spice nuances, fine tannins and a structured frame suited to further ageing.
