Angel Flower is a single-site Pinot Noir from Pyramid Valley’s Waikari vineyard in North Canterbury, New Zealand. It shows floral aromas of rose petal and summer berries, with a palate of sour cherry and red-berry compote framed by a stony mineral thread, bright acidity and fine tannins. The wine was matured for about 18 months in French oak and is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
