Camartina is one of the signature wines of Querciabella, a Chianti Classico estate farmed biodynamically since 2000: a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese. The two varieties macerate and mature separately in barriques for a year, then another year blended. The 2020 is full and spicy, with plum, sour cherry, tobacco and cinnamon.
