Description

Giallo d'Arles comes from a single Greco vineyard in Tufo, around 450 metres above sea level, on clay-limestone soils. Its name pays tribute to Van Gogh's yellow during his time in Arles, recalling the intense colour of this interpretation. Winemaking combines stainless steel and small oak barrels, with fine-lees ageing and no fining of the wine. Quintodecimo describes substantial structure, apricot, quince preserve and a deep mineral dimension. Fullness and freshness support a white intended to gain complexity and harmony through bottle development, while retaining the distinctive identity of its vineyard and grape variety.
