Description

From R.H. Coutier, the Grand Cru “Le Bout du Clos” is a Blanc de Noirs made from the single Bout du Clos parcel in Ambonnay and vinified entirely from Pinot Noir. Bottled as an Extra Brut, the cuvée conveys the chalky minerality and focused freshness of Ambonnay; part of its élevage takes place in ceramic amphorae to preserve fruit purity. It represents the character of the 2017 vintage from a single-vineyard expression.
