Description

R&L Legras Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is a Blanc de Blancs Champagne made exclusively from Chardonnay grown in the Grand Cru vineyards of Chouilly in the Côte des Blancs. The cuvée is commonly offered as non-vintage (NV) and is vinified with traditional lees aging typical of the area. Aromas tend toward citrus and white flowers, with a palate marked by freshness and a chalky minerality from local soils. It pairs well as an aperitif and with fish or shellfish dishes.
