Description

Oslavje 2019 from Radikon is a skin-contact white (orange) wine produced in Oslavia in the Collio and released under the Venezia Giulia IGT. It is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon; the 2019 vintage has an approximate composition of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Grigio and 30% Sauvignon. The wine’s style reflects extended skin contact, resulting in an amber-copper hue, pronounced texture and noticeable tannic structure compared with non-macerated whites. It is commonly offered in 0.5 L and 1 L formats and is vinified with minimal intervention and low or no added sulphur in line with the producer’s practices.
