Description
Sketch by Raúl Pérez is a white wine from the Rías Baixas appellation produced by Raúl Pérez from Albariño grapes. The wine is sourced from old vines in the Val do Salnés subzone, close to the Atlantic, which contribute a saline, maritime character to the profile. Aromatically it shows white fruit, floral notes and a marked freshness balanced by mineral and saline hints. It represents a terroir-driven interpretation of Albariño intended for ageing and development.
