Description

Sekthaus Raumland’s Cuvée Katharina is a Brut Nature Sekt (blanc de noirs) made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The base wines come from vineyards around Flörsheim‑Dalsheim in Rheinhessen and the wine is aged on the lees for more than 36 months. Released without dosage, it shows a dry, mineral-driven character with citrus (grapefruit), forest‑berry notes and subtle brioche. The wine is produced by Sekthaus Raumland using traditional bottle fermentation methods.
