Description
Raventós i Blanc’s 2023 De la Finca comes from Vinya dels Fòssils, a historic vineyard on the upper terraces of the river Anoia. Marine-origin soils rich in fossils and carbonates accompany the sparkling wine’s saline character. The blend brings together Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada, grown using biodynamic practices and picked by hand. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel, separating varieties and soil types. Bottle fermentation and ageing follow for at least thirty months. The wine is disgorged without liqueur d’expédition, retaining a Brut Nature style linked to the grapes’ origin.
