Description

Raventós i Blanc’s 2024 De Nit is a rosé sparkling wine first made after the 2006 harvest, as part of the family’s work in the Conca del Riu Anoia. Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada are joined by Sumoll, a local red variety. The grapes come from parcels with deep clay-loam soils, farmed using biodynamic practices and harvested by hand. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel, keeping varieties and origins separate. After blending, the second fermentation and ageing continue in bottle for at least eighteen months. Extra Brut dosage accompanies an interpretation centred on freshness and finesse.
