Manuel Raventós Negra 2018 is the sparkling wine made from Manuel Raventós’s personal selection of wines from the harvest. The blend combines Xarel·lo and Macabeu and is produced only in years considered suitable for this interpretation. Six years of bottle ageing on the lees accompany its golden colour and silky texture. The profile includes toasted and buttery suggestions, with fine bubbles and acidity supporting volume and structure. The finish is long, with a bitter nuance. No sugar is added during the final preparation of the wine before release.
