Description

The Kastanienbusch Riesling Auslese from Ökonomierat Rebholz is produced from the single vineyard Birkweiler Kastanienbusch in the Pfalz. Made entirely from Riesling grapes harvested late in an Auslese-style selection, it offers concentrated ripe-fruit aromas with a clear mineral thread. Bright acidity balances the sweetness, giving the wine presence and ageing potential.
