Produced by Recaredo from grapes grown on the Finca del Roure in the Penedès territory, the Subtil 2019 is a long-aged Brut Nature. It is vinified and matured exclusively from estate Xarel·lo, cultivated under organic and biodynamic practices. The 2019 vintage carries a minimum bottle ageing of around 36 months with natural cork and no added sugar (Brut Nature).
