Description

Produced by Recaredo, the Intens Rosat 2022 is a Corpinnat Brut Nature sparkling rosé from the Penedès. It is a blend of grapes (81% Monastrell, 19% Garnacha) from estate-owned vineyards farmed under organic and biodynamic principles. The wine undergoes extended bottle ageing and is vinified without added sugar (Brut Nature). The palate shows fresh red-fruit notes and a savory texture linked to the prolonged maturation.
