Description

Régis Poissinet’s Cuvée Irizée Chardonnay Extra Brut Millésime 2017 is a vintage blanc de blancs Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay. The wine is vinified with barrel ageing to add structure while retaining purity and a pronounced mineral character. Lightly dosed (around 2.3 g/L) and unfiltered, it shows citrus, subtle spice and faint toasted notes. The cuvée is intended to express the elegance and salinity of its Champagne terroir.
