Régis Poissinet’s Cuvée Irizée Meunier Extra Brut 2016 is a Champagne AOC produced exclusively from Pinot Meunier. The vintage cuvée was made from the 2016 'cœurs de cuvée', matured 50% in oak barrels and 50% in tanks, and finished with a very low dosage (around 2.6 g/L). It presents a fresh, fruit-driven character with saline notes, balanced structure and a persistent finish.
