Description

Terre d’Irizée Extra Brut is a cuvée from Régis Poissinet made by blending several vintages. The blend is predominantly Pinot Meunier (84%) with Chardonnay (16%), offering fresh aromas of citrus zest, white peach and nectarine. On the palate it is lively with a smooth texture and slight salinity; the wine is aged in barrels and vats and finished with a very light dosage (around 2 g/L).
