Description

Régnard Corton Grand Cru is a Pinot Noir made in the house’s cellars in Beaune. The grapes are harvested by hand before a slow alcoholic fermentation in stainless-steel vessels. The wine then moves into oak for malolactic fermentation and maturation. Its colour is deep red, and the aromatic profile combines small red berries with spice and oak notes. The palate has concentration and an elegant structure while retaining balance and persistence. It pairs with poultry, meat dishes and cheeses from the Burgundian tradition.
