Description

Les Crots Rosé 2021 by Rémi Leroy is a rosé Champagne from the Côte des Bar, produced in Meurville. It is a rosé de saignée from the single parcel 'Les Crots', vinified mainly from Pinot Noir and aged in 228 L oak barrels. The cuvée is also offered in a very low-dosage / dosage-zero version and shows the grower-style approach of the estate, with pronounced extraction and a red-fruit character.
