Remy Bertin Brut Blanc de Noirs is a non-vintage Champagne from Rémy Bertin, produced in the Vallée de la Marne (Verneuil/Vincelles). The cuvée is made as a Blanc de Noirs and is composed entirely of Pinot Meunier; the dosage is around 4 g/L. Aromas are floral with apple, pear and brioche notes, while the palate is fresh and lively.
