The Trento Riserva Rosé Extra Brut “Cavaliere Nero” from Revì is a Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling wine produced under the Trento DOC appellation. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, it undergoes extended lees ageing (about 68 months), which contributes structure and aromas of yeast and red fruit. Bottled in an Extra Brut style, it aims to express the regional character of Trentino Pinot Noir.
