Description

Ricci Curbastro’s Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero “Gualberto” 2014 is a vintage Metodo Classico sparkling wine (dosage zero) made from a blend of Pinot Nero and Chardonnay. It undergoes an extended period on the lees, which adds layered complexity and refinement. Aromas show stone fruit and citrus with almond and bready, yeasty notes; the palate is fresh, saline and supported by a fine persistent mousse.
