Description

Produced by Ricci Curbastro within the Museum Release range, this Franciacorta Extra Brut 2011 is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It undergoes extended lees ageing (about 120 months), which gives the wine a fleshy structure with notes of toasted nuts and pastry. On the palate it is balanced, subtly fresh and shows a lingering mineral persistence.
