Description
Ricci Curbastro’s Franciacorta Satèn Museum Release 2012 is part of the winery’s Museum Release series and is aged for an extended period on the lees. It is made exclusively from Chardonnay and matured on the lees for at least 120 months, producing the soft, creamy mousse typical of Satèn wines. It shows a straw-yellow color with aromas of citrus, pineapple and white flowers alongside subtle bread-crust notes; on the palate it is fresh and pleasantly sapid with hints of vanilla and herbal tones. It is a versatile sparkling wine, particularly suited to fish dishes.
