Description

Produced by Sébastien Riffault in the Sancerre appellation (AOC), the Auksinis 2019 is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the domaine’s vineyards. The estate practices organic/biodynamic viticulture and pursues atypical vinification approaches to highlight site expression. The Auksinis cuvée is also released in skin-contact (maceration) versions in some years, while remaining a distinctive Sancerre expression of Sauvignon.
