Rippon's "Mature Vines" Pinot Noir is produced from the estate's mature vines on schist slopes overlooking Lake Wānaka in the Wanaka subregion of Central Otago. It shows aromas of red fruit, floral hints and subtle spice, with a palate of concentrated fruit, lively acidity and silky tannins that deliver balanced persistence. The cuvée brings together fruit from mature vines across the property to present a site-driven expression of the vineyard.
