Made by Roagna, this Barbera d'Alba DOC 2020 is produced from Barbera grapes grown in the Alba area and vinified using an extended submerged-cap maceration. Maceration lasts roughly 60–70 days and the wine ages about five years in neutral wood and concrete vats. On the palate it displays red-fruit and spice character, supported by freshness and solid structure.
