Description
Roberto Voerzio’s Barolo Fossati Case Nere Riserva 10 Anni places time at the centre of its identity. Made from Nebbiolo, the cuvée is held for an extended period before release, following a path that includes oak maturation and rest in bottle. Its preparation follows the estate’s approach of spontaneous fermentation and bottling without filtration. Grape selection and restricted yields provide the starting point. Release after approximately a decade allows the riserva to be presented at a more advanced stage of its development in the cellar.
