Description
Roberto Voerzio’s Barolo Riserva RV350 begins with a particularly strict selection of Nebbiolo. Its name refers to a yield of around 350 grams per vine, obtained by harvesting the three bunches nearest the trunk. The idea recalls Barolo wines made by grower Brandino Giacomo and first took shape with the 2016 harvest. Each edition combines two vineyards, which can change according to the year. Following fermentation in stainless steel, the wine matures in barriques and rests extensively in bottle, placing vineyard selection and time at its centre.
