Description

Priavino is Roberto Voerzio’s Dolcetto d’Alba, produced in La Morra entirely from Dolcetto. The cuvée’s first harvest was in 1987, and its vineyards have eastern and western exposures. Fermentation and subsequent maturation both take place in stainless steel, giving it a different cellar path from the estate’s wines that spend time in oak. The house approach includes spontaneous fermentation and bottling without filtration. Priavino therefore offers an interpretation of Dolcetto centred on the grape variety, its origin and the fruit obtained through the estate’s vineyard work.
