Description

Roc Breïa Pinot Noir comes from the Bray area of the Mâconnais, in the project overseen by Théo Dancer. Vines planted between the 1970s and 1980s grow on clay-limestone soils. The cuvée focuses attention on one variety and a landscape distinct from the Côte d’Or. Vinification includes whole bunches and indigenous yeasts, followed by maturation in previously used barrels. Careful barrel selection precedes the final blend, and bottling takes place without filtration. The approach seeks a clear expression of fruit, with elegance and continuity between growing and cellar work.
