Description

Valentino Brut Zero Rosé is the vintage rosé sparkling wine from Rocche dei Manzoni, an estate based in Monforte d’Alba. Its production history began in 2003. It is made by the traditional method, with a second fermentation in bottle and extended ageing on the lees. The cellar process then includes riddling and disgorgement, followed by further bottle rest before release. In its Guyot-trained vineyards, the estate follows sustainable agricultural practices aimed at limiting the use of fungicides. The cuvée’s identity is closely connected to the time devoted to maturation and the choice to produce a vintage wine.
