Description

The 2021 Barolo Bricco Boschis is a Barolo DOCG from Castiglione Falletto made by Roccheviberti, produced from 100% Nebbiolo. Vinification includes about 22 days of maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel with malolactic fermentation in steel, followed by 24 months ageing in 25‑hl French oak barrels and a further 12 months in bottle. At approximately 14% alcohol, it is a structured wine that can benefit from additional cellaring.
