Description

Roccolo Grassi’s Soave “Broia” 2021 is a white wine made from 100% Garganega grown in the La Broia vineyard at Mezzane di Sotto. The bouquet is delicate and layered, showing white flowers, peach and apricot with subtle mineral undertones. Vinification includes temperature-controlled fermentation and roughly 12 months aging on the lees, split between neutral large oak casks and cement tanks. On the palate it presents balanced structure, lively acidity and a long, savory finish.
