Praecipuus is a Riesling Renano from the Verona area characterized by fresh structure and marked minerality. Aromas of peach and white flowers are complemented by a distinctive petrol-like note typical of the variety. Vinified with temperature-controlled fermentation and aged in stainless steel, it shows a balance of acidity and gentle sweetness that pairs well with fish and shellfish dishes.
