Description

A Rosé de Macération from Roger Pouillon et Fils, sourced from the Premier Cru vineyards of Mareuil‑sur‑Aÿ. Made from 100% Pinot Noir with a short skin contact (around 12 hours), it is vinified in enameled vats while reserve wines are matured in oak. Bottled by the traditional method with roughly 18–24 months on the lees, it displays an intense pink colour and red-fruit aromas framed by fresh, savory structure.
