Le Montgruguet is a single-plot cuvée from Roger Pouillon et Fils, a family house in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ: Pinot Noir only, from the lieu-dit of that name, with at least four years on the lees and an Extra Brut dosage. The 2021 vintage is full and harmonious, with fruit, flowers and pastry notes.
