La Bulle Libre — L'Odyssée Pétillante Chapitre 2 from Romain Hénin is released as a Champagne AOC cuvée. It is based on the 2023 harvest and blended mainly from Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir with a portion of Chardonnay. It is offered as a Brut Nature (no dosage) and is vinified with minimal intervention and without added sulfur.
