Description

Romeo Rossi’s Malvasia is a white wine from the Collio made with Malvasia Istriana. The small estate lies in the northern part of the appellation, towards the Friuli Colli Orientali. Rossi worked for many years on the wines of Ronchi Rò before releasing his own labels under his name. His interpretation favours a slender, fresh profile with herbal and mineral elements. The grape’s aromatic character is expressed with restraint, in a style directed towards tension and precision on the palate rather than breadth alone.
