Description
Sôl is a dry white produced by Ronchi di Cialla in the Cialla valley (Prepotto, Udine). It is made 100% from carefully selected Picolit grapes and is released only in the estate’s best vintages in very limited quantities. Vinification includes a short skin contact (1–2 days) and fermentation in barriques, followed by extended aging in wood and bottle that contributes to its structure and refinement.
